Pennington Flash ParkrunPennington Flash parkrun is a FREE weekly 5km timed run with results published on the parkrun national website. The run is part of a wider national initiative aimed at increasing the number of people running regularly. Prior to running a parkrun event, all runners must register at www.parkrun.com and will need to bring along their barcode each week. Runners of all ages are welcome, under 11′s MUST be accompanied by an adult. Feel free to join us after the run for a coffee in the port cabin next to the Rangers Hut.

The start of the run is sign posted from the main car park.
