Customers must be at least 12 weeks pregnant and have informed their Midwife before taking part in this activity.

All participants must complete a pre-exercise screening form.

Customers must be part of the Lifestyle Scheme at an annual cost of £1.60, application forms are available at Hindley Pool.

Please note: On the 8th April the session will consist of an Aqua Swim session at the same cost and on Sunday 15th April the session will consist of an Aqua Natal session.
