Active Living Programmes

The Active Living Team provides programmes to support you in becoming more physically active to improve your health and quality of life. The Team also provide targeted physical activity and health programmes that could be just what you need to get active. Adults should aim to do 30 minutes of moderate activity at least five times a week and children should aim do one hour per day. If you are new to exercise, have been inactive for some time or have a medical condition please contact the team and we will help you find suitable activities.
